Kofi Mingo: How we helped through Covid-19

Kofi Mingo is a London-based dancer, teacher, and member of street dance collective Blue Boy Ent. He has danced internationally for many years and was the UK winner of Red Bull Dance Your Style 2019. 

Kofi applied to Dance Professionals Fund for support when the COVID-19 pandemic resulted in the loss of his performance and teaching work.

“The dance fund has been super helpful in this time of Covid-related lockdown and breakdown of the entertainment and school sectors that I was employed in.”

Funds donated via Acting For Others enabled Kofi’s grant to be possible.
